Artwork Management Solutions
(AMS) is a suite of software applications
designed to improve efficiencies and reduce
costs in all area’s of artwork, production and
management.
AMS software is modular in
architecture, allowing each module to be adopted
as required. Whilst there are many solutions
available for Digital Asset Management and
Project Management, there are few, if any that
offer the expandability, integration
opportunities and depth of functionality of AMS.
The Solutions will be hosted by
The Box Room and are an integral part of the
services offering from the company.
All Box Room customers have
access to AMS-Portal, AMS-DAM Lite, and AMS-AAM
Lite, all customers can at any time upgrade any
or all Lite Modules to Enterprise editions with
full functionality.

provides a set of API
interfaces to third party products. This
can be very effective in linking up ERP
applications such as SAP and providing
other users in the enterprise with the
ability to search and view assets.
AMS-Gateway requires AMS-DAM Enterprise
